'Breakthrough' is an inventive 1 hour training course that challenges limiting beliefs and thought processes in a dramatic and powerful way by physically proving that with the right attitude, the seemingly impossible, becomes possible.
We demonstrate that the fear of pain and failure can be overcome in short order by allowing volunteers at the end of the session to break through a solid block of wood with their bare hands to the amazement of themselves and the rest of the audience. This unique high energy event changes attitudes, beliefs and most importantly... results!
